Life Updates
It's hard to believe that I've been part of the real world for about two years now, having graduated from the University of Oregon in 2012. I have a BA in English Literature and a minor in Medieval Studies, something I'm questioned about: "Oh, what can you do with that? Are you going to be a teacher?" My response to this is always an emphatic no. I have no teaching aspirations whatsoever, being somewhat disturbed by the thought of any form of public speaking. I have recently accepted a position as a scheduler, something which doesn't exactly use my degree, but it's a career occupation and I'm quite enjoying it.
I plan to use my literary skills to help others, as I find a great satisfaction both in helping people and in editing. To this end, I have set up a website, which will be up and running soon. I will be accepting work editing and proofreading the work of students and business people alike. I have provided a link to the website and a way to contact me, should anyone have questions.
